Inspiration to not give up guys! This man, Derek Redmond, tore a hamstring while running a 400m semi-heat at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. As he tore a hamstring, and I know for a fact most people would be “dead” on the ground, he persevered and finished the race in agony.
